Multigrain breads...they're not all equal...

In the most recent edition of Choice magazine, there is a very useful comparison of wholemeal breads.
As a naturopath, I often recommend to my clients that they increase their intake of wholegrains, and multigrain bread is often a good option. However, I am always quick to point out that not all multigrain breads are created equal. They can contain very different amounts of grain, wholemeal vs white flour and salt.
This article in Choice provides a very good summary of the differences and even includes a taste test with a recommendation of healthier options within the group they reviewed.
