If Not Dieting.....
A different way of maintaining your healthy weight

I recently completed the training for Health Professionals in this person-centered approach to healthy weight management.

 

Dr Rick Kausman, author of the book, "If Not Dieting, then what?" has developed this approach to achieving and maintaining your healthy weight in answer to the demand from patients for an approach that works long term.

 

Many people who have had challenges with maintaining a healthy weight have tried all sorts of diets and programmes only to find that they haven't worked or perhaps they have had success in the short term only to end up back where they started or worse.

 

The "if Not Dieting" approach recognises that there are many pieces to the puzzle of achieving and maintaining your healthy and comfortable weight.  It is not simply about education on nutrition or counting calories.  If it was that simple then why do so many people struggle with their weight?

 

As one of only a few naturopaths who have been trained by Dr Rick Kausman in the application of this approach, I can help you to successfully apply and integrate this approach to healthy weight management.
